Over the years, BSG's lawyers have litigated white collar criminal matters in both state and federal courts, including forgery, bank fraud, insurance fraud, money laundering, antiquities theft, antitrust and price-fixing. BSG handles many aspects of family law matters, including business and asset valuation and division, divorce, legal separation, child custody, visitation, spousal support, child support, paternity, domestic violence, restraining orders, divorce mediation, guardianship, adoption, premarital agreements, and marital agreements. We have handled division of property in divorces involving businesses including hotels, restaurants, construction and contracting, office supply, motion picture industry, and various resort and recreation businesses. We understand and are sensitive to the needs of children in divorce, and have from time to time been appointed by local courts to represent children in highly contentious divorces.
