in Santa Barbara, California and admitted to the State of California
Bar in 1973. Mr. Berger is admitted to practice in all state
courts of the State of California, to the U.S. District
Courts for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California
and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He graduated
from the University of California Santa Barbara with a B.A. in
political science, with Highest Honors, in 1970. He received his
J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis School
of Law in 1973. He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the
Mammoth Unified School District from 1988-1992. He was listed
in Marquis Who’s Who in American Law (9th Edition). He was
a member of the Mono County Bar Association, on which he has served
as the Chairman of the Local Rules Committee and President. He
was a member of the American Bar Association, where he was a member
of the Litigation Division. He is a member of the State Bar of
California, and a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law, State
Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He is certified
as a Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist by the National Board of
Trial Advocacy. Mr. Berger concentrates his practice in Civil
and Criminal Litigation, and Appellate Practice. He has appeared
in Superior Courts in 23 counties in California, as well as in
Texas and Nevada.

Claudia Silverman |
Mammoth Lakes, California |
Born in Chicago, Illinois and admitted to the District of Columbia
Bar in 1979, and to the State of California Bar in 1983. Ms.
Silverman is admitted to practice in all state courts of the
State of California,
to the U.S. District Courts for the Central, and Eastern Districts
of California. She received her B.S. Degree in Government from
Oberlin College in 1976. She received her J.D. degree from New
York University School of Law in 1979, where she was a staff
member and Articles Editor for the New York University Annual
Survey of American Law. She received her LL.M degree in Public
Law from Georgetown University in 1980. Ms. Silverman concentrates
her practice in the area of Family Law, including divorce, legal
separation, custody, visitation, property division, domestic
violence, and restraining orders. In
her tenure at the U.S. Department of Justice, Ms. Silverman handled
complex litigation, specifically the criminal prosecution of
price fixing conspiracies in the railroad industry.

Randall Gephart |

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana and admitted to the State of California
Bar in 1978, the District of Columbia Bar in 1981, and the State
of Colorado Bar in 1988. Mr. Gephart is admitted to practice
in all of the state courts of the State of California, as well
as
United
States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Eastern
Districts of California. He attended Occidental College, and
received his B.A. Degree from Arizona State University in Economics
in 1975, and received his J.D. Degree with Honors from Arizona
State University School of Law in 1978. He was a member of the
Arizona State University Law Review, 1976-78. He serves as one
of the Mono County Contract Public Defenders, and is a member
of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, California
Public Defenders Association, California Attorneys for Criminal
Justice. He is the Treasurer of the Mono County Bar Association.
Mr.Gephart concentrates his practice in civil and criminal litigation.
While at the United Stated Department of Justice, Mr. Gephart
handled complex anti-trust law and litigation involving, among
other things, prosecution of corporations involved in price-fixing
conspiracies, and the de-regulation of the airline industry.
