M.E. has been a criminal defense investigator for nineteen years and is a private investigator licensed by the State of California. She specializes in defense of capital cases and has extensive experience in locating and interviewing witnesses. She has been directly involved in the preparation of over thirty capital jury trials as well as over twenty-five post conviction hearings. She serves on the panel of investigators appointed by the Superior Court for Santa Clara, Sacramento and Alameda Counties. In addition, she is qualified as an investigator in federal death cases and has done three of these federal cases.
